About
Petr got into scuba and freediving thanks to a long stay in Cuba during his childhood and youth.
Gradually he switched from diving with a speargun to diving with photo equipment. He has been seriously involved in underwater photography since 1999.
Petr does not have a downright preferred type of photography, he likes to take wide-angle shots as well as macro photos of small marine creatures.
His favourite place to be is in the warm waters of the Atlantic.
Petr regularly attends workshops of renowned professional underwater photographers and tries to discover new techniques of taking pictures underwater.
